Should there be any billionaires?
One thousand million pounds! That is an almost unimaginable sum of money. Should any one person have that much wealth when there are people living in poverty across the world? Should people owning and running successful businesses be allowed to keep all that they earn? Should they be expected to help others using their wealth?
